She has a passion for writing and a love for creating content that connects at every stage of the customer journey.

With more than a decade of experience, she specializes in helping companies tell engaging customer stories, establish credibility, earn trust, and drive leads. Over the last year, she's started using AI tools to create and scale content, including Jasper, Profound, and Glean.
